FT Technician Maintenance (4X10) - 6950

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete preventive maintenance and repairs on MHE, refrigeration, dock equipment, racking, batteries, fire suppression and alarm systems as required by state, federal and internal procedures


• Diagnose and repair the following MHE components: electrical system, steering, brakes, and safety devices


• Perform facility repairs and remodeling task such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical


• Maintain lawns, landscaping, and related equipment


• Keep work area neat and orderly


• Responsible for snow removal of yard, parking areas and walkways during weather events
