FT Yard/Loadout Associate

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Yard Associate to join our team. As a Yard Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers while assisting with loading/unloading products, maintaining yard organization, and ensuring safety and efficiency in all yard operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in the yard and loading areas
   
• Assist customers with loading merchandise into vehicles
   
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided if needed)
   
• Unload incoming shipments and stock merchandise in the yard
   
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and work environment
   
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist in stock rotation
   
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures
   
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
