Position Summary
We’re looking for a confident, experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is passionate about cutting-edge wellness care. In this client-facing role, you’ll assess, diagnose, and treat patients while educating them on Relive’s full spectrum of services. You’ll act as a leader, consultant, and trusted advisor in their personal health journey—improving lives through personalized plans and meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care & Wellness Education
- Conduct detailed exams, analyze lab work, and develop customized wellness plans.
- Treat and manage hormone imbalances using industry-leading protocols.
- Administer or supervise IV nutrient infusions and peptide injections.
- Educate clients on esthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and skincare plans.
- Guide clients through regenerative therapies like PRP injections and joint rejuvenation.
- Explain treatment benefits clearly, helping clients understand and commit to their plans.
Brand & Experience Leadership
- Embody the Relive Health mission of client-first, transformational care.
- Build strong, empathetic relationships and deliver memorable client experiences.
- Collaborate with Client Advocates and Front Office Coordinators to ensure seamless visits.
- Represent Relive in promotional events and community outreach as needed.
Personalized Treatment Planning
- Create evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each client's goals and health status.
- Manage medication plans and monitor treatment efficacy over time.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR system.
- Ensure compliance with all HIPAA, regulatory, and clinical standards.
Team Collaboration & Development
- Work independently but closely with physicians and clinical team members.
- Stay updated on emerging therapies, clinical protocols, and health trends.
- Contribute to team education and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Required:
- Current APRN or PA licensure in Arizona (or ability to obtain).
- Active BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred).
- EMR proficiency and strong computer skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with sound clinical judgment.
- Passion for wellness, preventative care, and whole-body health.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a wellness or hormone therapy clinic.
- Knowledge or experience in IV therapy, peptides, aesthetics, or regenerative care.
- Familiarity with injectable procedures and wellness consulting.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Work in a fast-paced medical clinic with access to medical supplies and equipment.
- Occasional exposure to bloodborne pathogens and clinical hazards.
- Regular physical activity including walking, standing, and responding to patient needs.
- May require occasional travel for local events or off-site treatments.
