We are currently looking for an Assistant Fuel Operations Support for our team. This is an entry level position that offers on the job training for the right candidate.

This position will assist the Fuel Operations Department with:

• Assist with managing fuel inventory levels, fuel ordering and receiving


• Help schedule and dispatch fuel deliveries


• Create and analyze data reports


• Monitor retail pricing and adjust (if needed)


• Data Entry 

We are looking for candidates that are:

• Must be proficient in Excel- using, creating and formula experience is a must


• Basic accounting 


• Fuel compliance and environmental knowledge


• Prior DOT knowledge would be helpful


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to demonstrate organizational and communication skills


• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
