Fuel Tax Administrator

Join our growing team at Miller Transportation Group as Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax Administrator for our Miller Truck Leasing division. Job Summary:

Analyze motor vehicle fuel receipts and trip reports then prepare and submit fuel tax returns on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis depending on customer activity. You will also be liaison for the sales force and shops to insure customer and rental unit compliance with internal processes / procedures.

You Will:

• Complete data entry including preparation and importing of Excel Templates for fuel receipts and miles recording.
• Prepare invoices for Customers on monthly basis for out-of-pocket charges
• Monitor GPS uploads and report any issues to customers in a timely manner.
• Supports fuel tax audits and requests for documentation.
• Assist with general administrative office duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

You Have:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• High level of organization.
• Desire to work as part of a team.
• Experience with MS/Office (Outlook and Excel experience).
• Associate’s degree, high school diploma or relevant work experience.
