We are currently seeking a Full-Time Hybrid Fulfillment & Events Coordinator who supports both roastery packaging operations and Allegiant Stadium activations. This role ensures finished goods are packaged accurately, staged efficiently, and delivered successfully while coordinating execution of stadium events that reflect the hospitality standards of Mothership Coffee Roasters

You understand that fulfillment accuracy directly impacts café operations, wholesale relationships, and stadium service performance. You enjoy structured packaging workflows while also being comfortable stepping into dynamic event environments where timing and communication matter.

You anticipate needs, confirm logistics early, and maintain organization across multiple moving priorities. You represent the brand professionally and confidently in production spaces and public-facing activations.

You take ownership of execution from packaging through delivery and staging.

THE ROLE

The Fulfillment & Events Coordinator supports daily packaging operations while coordinating Allegiant Stadium event preparation and execution. This role ensures products are packaged correctly, labeled accurately, staged efficiently, and delivered on schedule.

You maintain inventory readiness, fulfillment reliability, documentation accuracy, and presentation standards while supporting coordination between roasting, kitchen production, logistics teams, café leadership, and stadium partners.

• Package roasted coffee and cold brew according to production specifications 


• Label products with roast dates, batch identifiers, and allergen information 


• Stage café transfers, wholesale deliveries, and stadium orders accurately 


• Maintain FIFO rotation and freshness standards 


• Track packaging material inventory and communicate restock needs 


• Support finished goods inventory organization and storage 


• Coordinate Allegiant Stadium events from preparation through execution 


• Confirm quantities, timelines, and delivery logistics with internal teams 


• Maintain event calendars and service coordination schedules 


• Verify staging completeness prior to stadium departures


• Support menu accuracy, labeling compliance, and presentation standards


•  Represent Mothership Coffee Roasters professionally during stadium activations 


• Track event inventory levels and communicate restock requirements 


• Maintain documentation including order summaries, invoices, and event reports 


• Assist with signage, menus, and activation setup materials 


• Support delivery staging and logistics coordination as needed 

Required skills:

• 1–3 years experience in fulfillment, production, logistics coordination, hospitality operations, or event execution preferred 


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 


• Ability to manage timelines across multiple workflows 


• Comfortable working in both production and live-event environments 


• Strong communication across cross-functional teams 


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly 


• Valid driver’s license required 


• Schedule flexibility including early mornings, evenings, and weekends 


• Experience supporting large venue operations preferred 


• Familiarity with food safety handling standards preferred 

Salary: $18.00/hour

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-Time
