Fulfillment Associate

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for fulfilling e-commerce orders for a luxury watch brand. Candidates in this role must have a strong attention to detail and ability to uphold brand standards. This is a full-time onsite position at our North Olmsted operation and requires the candidate to be on location in our office Monday-Friday from 9-5pm, with the possibility of extended hours during peak times.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders
• Package orders neatly and securely
• Inspect products for damage or defects
• Unload and organize products into storage areas
• Load and unload shelves
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Quality control inspection of all outgoing products, as well as incoming returned items
• Partner with Inventory Coordinator to ensure correct items are shipped to customers in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to securely package high-value orders in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality or accuracy
• Must be able to read and understand documents such as packing lists, invoices and inventory reports
• High level of integrity
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to achieve departmental goals
