Sea Bags, the original maker of one-of-a-kind totes, handbags, and accessories crafted in the USA from recycled sailboat sails, is looking for a Full-Time Fulfillment Associate to help keep our products moving smoothly from incoming inventory all the way to our customers and retail stores.

You’ll support the full lifecycle of inventory flow—receiving, organizing, storing, replenishing, and fulfilling orders—helping maintain the accuracy, speed, and consistency that keeps our business running.

The Impact You'll Have

• Receive incoming inventory and verify accuracy, quantity, and condition of products


• Prepare, label, and process merchandise according to inventory and retail distribution requirements


• Accurately stock and organize products in designated storage locations


• Support inventory flow from vendors and suppliers through receiving, storage, replenishment, and distribution


• Replenish inventory locations and assist with transfers supporting retail stores and customer fulfillment needs


• Pick, pack, label, and stage customer and store orders for shipment or carrier pickup


• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, organization, and adherence to inventory control procedures


• Follow established handling processes and maintain accurate records to support inventory visibility


• Communicate shortages, damages, discrepancies, or process concerns to leadership in a timely manner


• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and fulfillment areas


• Follow all safety procedures and proper material handling practices


• Support special projects, process improvements, and additional warehouse or fulfillment needs as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working in a team-based, fast-paced operational environment


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to follow and relay instructions clearly


• Consistent, professional, and respectful communication style across teams and partners


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities


• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality


• Reliable attendance and punctuality aligned with scheduled shifts


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the duration of a shift


• Basic computer and handheld device proficiency for operational tasks


• Strong work ethic with a positive, adaptable approach to learning and change


• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as part of regular job duties

What Sets You Apart

• Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, distribution, or retail environments


• Familiarity with inventory management systems and/or barcode scanning equipment


• Basic exposure to shipping software or order fulfillment platforms
