Position Overview:

The Fulfillment Associate for touring is proactive and works to maintain delivers, inventory pulls, inventory counts,

shipments to tour, warehouse organization, and find new solutions for efficiency and organization within the

warehouse.

Job Duties

• Receiving incoming shipments and facilitate outgoing shipments.
• Communicate all receiving information upon receipt.
• Communicate daily with Futureshirts team members on all incoming and outgoing products.
• Execute accurate daily product pulls, counts & audits as needed in a safe and efficient manner.
• Pick up and deliveries as needed within the Nashville area in a safe manner.
• Request feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
• Relay needs to Futureshirts staff via clear, established modes of communication.
• Other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be 25 years old or older.
• Must have a favorable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must have experience operating a Cargo Van, 15’ Box Truck, and 26’ Box Truck with air brakes and liftgate (or similar).
• Must be able to enter and exit vehicle and it’s loading area.
• Must be able to walk over uneven or inclined surfaces and up and down stairs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Professional and on time.

• Able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Courteous and professional demeanor.
• Strong time management / organizational skills.
• Previous touring merchandise and warehouse experience, a plus.
• Experience with product pulling/tracking computer programs is desirable.

This position will work in our Nashville, Tennessee offices and is eligible for the current, standard company

benefit program.
