Fulfillment Coordinator

Little Words Project is looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator for our warehouse in Mountainside, NJ. The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate order picking, packaging, and preparation for shipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are key.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of all packaging supplies, including boxes, labels, tissue papers, and other material needed in fulfillment


• Lead fulfillment of LWP Wholesale orders


• Apply shipping labels and prepare packages in accordance with carrier requirements.


• Assist with inbound/outbound shipping


• Ensure timely processing and shipment of all orders.


• Conduct final inspections to confirm order completeness and accuracy before shipping.


• Promptly report any missing, incorrect, or damaged items to the supervisor.


• Assist with inventory organization and participate in regular cycle counts.


• Assist with inventory and replenishment


• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.


• Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling procedures for all products and equipment.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.


• Ad Hoc projects & tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).


• Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or e-commerce logistics environment (a plus).


• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.


• Ability to lift and move packages as needed (up to 50 lbs).


• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.


• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanners (a plus).


• Must be available during blackout periods including; Mid November through December 20th and the month prior to Mother’s Day
