Position Summary: The Fulfillment Coordinator will support mail room operations as well as analyze operational data for several departments. This position will be required to understand the organization’s structure and protocol for incoming and outgoing mail. This position will maintain daily production spreadsheets, process incoming checks, scan and route documents as needed. This position will also serve as a back up for Fulfillment Analysts and should be able to step in to analyze, audit, and verify documents or directories as needed.

  • Receiving and processing incoming mail and purchase orders
  • Scanning and organizing documents in their respective folders
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and coordinating print requests as needed
  • Sending print requests for production
  • Processing incoming checks
  • Maintaining production spreadsheets
  • Updating department directories on a regular basis
  • Auditing letters for accuracy
  • Communicating with vendor for print needs
  • Operating and maintaining mailroom equipment
  • Tracking all orders via delivery software
  • Noting inventory levels and alerting supervisors to potential issues
  • Answering phone calls and processing returns
  • Providing internal customer support
  • Ensuring efficient communication
  • Organizing incoming and outgoing mail
