Fulfillment Lead
📍 Location: Raliegh, NC
💼 FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Summary
Join Millennium Print Group (MPG) as a Fulfillment Lead (S3) and play a key role in driving excellence across our warehouse and shipping operations. This senior-level, hands-on role provides daily guidance to fulfillment team members and ensures that all products and materials are received and shipped accurately, safely, and on time.
As a Fulfillment Lead, you’ll work closely with management, mentor and train team members, and support continuous improvement in service, quality, and operational efficiency.
🔹 What You Will Do
Lead and support day-to-day fulfillment activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory handling
Mentor, train, and onboard fulfillment staff to ensure process consistency and team success
Coordinate with supervisors to resolve workflow challenges and recommend process improvements
Perform administrative functions such as adjusting schedules, tracking time, and maintaining documentation
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, safety requirements, and company policies
Maintain high standards in housekeeping and actively report or correct safety hazards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accurate and timely order processing
🔹 What You Will Bring
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
4+ years of fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
Previous experience in a lead or mentoring role is a plus
Familiarity with ISO 9001 environments is highly desirable
Skills & Abilities
Strong leadership, training, and team coordination skills
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), intranet tools, and MIS systems
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
