Job Description - Fulfillment Manager

We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Manager to manage a small select warehouse team to ensure that customer orders are quickly and accurately packed for shipping. Duties of the Fulfillment Manager include delegating and tracking employee performance, managing and directing timely execution of order-fulfillment, and identifying, developing, and executing opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency as it pertains to warehouse order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate should have two (2) + years of both supervisory expereince and warehouse expereince along with one (1) year of ERP and shipping-related software expereince.
If you have previous experience in leading a small warehouse team, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, a successful Fulfillment Manager will be successful in getting our orders out accurately and timely through the staff of Warehouse Associates.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for performance reviews and leading Warehouse Associates
Meets or exceeds Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Manages and organizes physical inventory and facilitates periodic inventory counts
Procures and maintains inventory of warehouse supplies and materials

Requirements:

High school diploma, or equivalent
Two (2) years of supervisory and warehouse experience
One (1) year of ERP and shipping related software
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Access, in particular)

Nice to have

Experience as a “working manager” – meaning on the Shop floor with the employees working and managing alongside them
