Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking a Fulfillment Manager (Level K) to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina on variable shift. This role supports our Tool Services, Hazmat & the Parts Prep Area for Boeing South Carolina (BSC) Operations within the 787 Program Fulfillment Team across the BSC site.

You will provide oversight & leadership to Production Coordinator individual contributors. We are seeking a critical thinker who understands the importance of developing and implementing strategic plans & bringing a dedicated focus to drive alignment & leadership within our Manufacturing environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages and integrates employee’s activities across more than one area in materials management/fulfillment and transportation

• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

• Manages, leads, coaches, develops and motivates employees

• Possesses a mindset of safety and quality

• Influences the team to exhibit Boeing Values and Behaviors

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in materials management or supply chain management

• 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal role

• 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

• 1+ years of experience using Velocity

• Willingness to work any shift based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• 3+ years of experience leading critical projects

• Experience with the following systems: Kit Integration and Tracking System (KITS), E-Enabled Tracking and Communication (eTRAC), Order Manager (GXO Warehouse Management System), Haztrax and CribMaster

• Experience with safety and quality processes

This position is for a variable shift (shift 4). Variable shift means you will be assigned a shift at time of hire based on business needs. You will remain on your assigned work shift until a re-evaluation is required. Shifts assigned for training may differ from your permanent work shift. ​

Summary pay range: $107,100 - $144,900
