Fulfillment Manager - Immediate Start

Tech Defenders is looking for a Fulfillment Manager to drive our inventory management, fulfillment, adapters, and shipping efforts. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of building processes from the ground up as our company increases device, accessory and supplies volume and scales operations.

The Fulfillment Manager will:

• First and foremost, embrace and live our core values. Beyond skills, education or experience, we only welcome talent to our team who align with our driven, team-focused and collaborative culture.

• Apply their experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics plus 2 -5 years of progressive management, production, and distribution experience.

• Direct all outbound products to ensure safe and efficient transportation and logistics of goods.

• Manage activities related to supplies, parts or accessories purchasing, warehousing, or receiving.

• Familiar with shipping standards for both domestic and international transportation with the ability to be certified in distribution of Lithium Ion Batteries

• Focus on tools and metrics that maximize capacity and resource utilization, maintain inventory accuracy levels and customer service level agreements

• Develop procedures for coordination of sales orders and freight scheduling with other functional areas such as remarketing, logistics, finance, production and quality assurance. We need someone who can roll their sleeves up and dig into our ever-evolving processes.

• Drive and promote a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement.

• Utilize their strong organizational skills, attention to detail and technical competence to work in our ERP system NetSuite and develop performance metrics and scorecards.
