Job Description:
The Fulfillment Specialist (FS) is a member of the WorldStrides Fulfillment Services Team. The WorldStrides Fulfillment Services team is responsible the on-demand print, inventory management, and fulfillment operations that supports a multi-brand, global enterprise. The FS has a working knowledge across the print, inventory, insertion, sort, pick, pack, and ship workflows, deliverables, and metrics. The FS consistently performs at a high level with a quantifiable bias towards safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency while meeting team service level agreements and performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently demonstrates a proficiency in the safe operation of all Fulfillment Services insertion, sorting, print, pack, and ship equipment at a level that meets team SLA and performance metrics.


• Consistently demonstrates productivity in the efficient execution across the Fulfillment Services’ receipt, inventory, assembly, sort, insertion, pick, pack, and ship work streams, deliverables, and performance metrics.


• Responsible for the accurate receipt, usage, reconciliation, and transactions for Fulfillment Services print components, collateral, assemblies, and finished product inventories.


• Responsible for promoting a team-centric environment that focuses on safety, quality, cross functional work stream proficiencies, and performance metric attainment


• Meets or exceed Quality Assurance objectives and metrics in interactions/communications with internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

• Ability to be proficient across a variety of fulfillment-based equipment, systems, and work streams.


• Demonstrated Team Centric Focus on Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Performance.


• Strong Math & Inventory Management Acumen in a fast-paced production & fulfillment environment.
  Demonstrated Bias towards Performance Metric Attainment and Process Improvement


• Organizational & Prioritization Skills in a Fast-Paced Environment.


• Demonstrated Proficiencies with MS Office and Proprietary & Third-Party Fulfillment & Shipping Platforms.


• Two Year College Degree Preferred; High School Diploma Required or Relevant High VolumeProduction and Pick, Pack, & Ship Fulfillment Experience.


• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.


• Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.


• Must be able to consistently lift 40 pounds.


• This position is based on-site at our Charlottesville, VA office.
