Role Overview

As the Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll own the sourcing, coordination, and distribution of materials across multiple vendors and internal channels. You’ll manage warranty verification, maintain accurate inventory controls, and ensure seamless replenishment for our service fleet. This role directly enables efficient field operations and elevated customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Validate equipment and part warranties for active service calls.
  • Source parts and materials across vendor networks, distributors, and internal warehouses.
  • Engage suppliers to confirm availability, pricing accuracy, and delivery commitments.
  • Maintain inventory integrity through receiving, stocking, organization, and routine cycle counts.
  • Fulfill technician and service van replenishment orders with accuracy and urgency.
  • Track, update, and close out part orders within internal systems.
  • Partner with service managers, dispatch, and field technicians to align on daily and weekly parts demand.
  • Provide operational support across warehouse and logistics functions as required.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level friendly; comprehensive in-house training provided.
  • Prior fulfillment or parts experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and structured organizational habits.
  • Proficient in using inventory tools, spreadsheets, and vendor platforms.
  • Effective communicator comfortable coordinating across teams and external partners.
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
