🔹 Summary
The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for providing hands-on leadership and daily operational oversight within our Fulfillment department. This role ensures the efficient planning and execution of work activities, accurate shipping and receiving, and the ongoing development of team members. In partnership with department leadership, this position supports quality, cost control, safety, and on-time delivery standards to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Location: Mebane, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite, 12-hour shifts (2-2-3-2 rotation) | Both day shift and night shifts are available - (4) roles total

🔹 What You Will Do
Lead and support day-to-day fulfillment operations to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving
Execute departmental initiatives and performance metrics to drive efficiency and operational excellence
Monitor productivity, quality, cost, and delivery standards to meet business objectives
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing team
Resolve operational issues using effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Manage work schedules, attendance, timekeeping, and administrative processes
Maintain daily communication regarding fulfillment schedules and operational status
Enforce safety procedures, OSHA compliance, housekeeping standards, and security protocols
Partner with Quality Management Systems (QMS) to maintain and improve SOPs and work instructions
🔹 What You Will Bring
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations
Prior supervisory experience in a warehouse or related environment
ISO, OSHA, 5S, or continuous improvement training preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Strong knowledge of fulfillment equipment, warehouse processes, and warehouse management systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and management information systems
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
🔹 Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Primarily warehouse/plant floor environment with temperature variations and moderate noise levels
Frequent standing: ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently
Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety shoes, high-visibility vest, and other protective gear as needed
