Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Lead!
We’re hiring a Fulfillment Lead to join our team in Raliegh NC. If you're passionate about warehouse operations, logistics, and team leadership, this is your opportunity to work in a dynamic production environment printing iconic trading cards like Pokémon and sports collectibles. Millennium Print Group is a leader in the printing and packaging industry and the largest trading card printer in the world.
Location: Raliegh NC
Schedule: 7pm- 7am, Onsite-Night Shift

What You'll Do:
As a key player in our warehouse and distribution team, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading day-to-day fulfillment operations in a high-volume production warehouse
Training and mentoring new and existing staff on shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures
Supporting efficient packaging, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment processes
Collaborating with supervisors to resolve workflow bottlenecks and meet on-time delivery goals
Managing administrative tasks including scheduling, timekeeping, and documentation
Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Promoting a positive and productive work environment across the logistics and supply chain functions
What You'll Bring:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, warehouse operations, or manufacturing
Prior team lead or shift lead experience in a warehouse or production setting is preferred
Familiarity with ISO 9001 processes is a strong plus
Skills & Abilities:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic warehouse management systems (WMS)
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
