FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER

Currently we are looking for an experienced and motivated Full Charge Bookkeeper to add to our established EasyKeep Team. This team provides an array of services to our clients that include bookkeeping, payroll support, QuickBooks consulting and other services. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will interact directly with clients and maintain the firm’s standard of unparalleled service to our clients, as we help them navigate the many day-to-day financial transactions of their business.

The Full Charge Bookkeeper role can be catered to meet the needs of a strong candidate who desires either full-time or part-time employment with the Firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Skills needed:
• Ability to maintain a fully-adjusted general ledger
• Monthly or periodic reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• Perform accounting analysis of the client's books and records to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
• Understand and assist in the processing of payables
• Prepare and review internal financial reports for one or more companies
• Assist other areas of the firm with special projects
• Ability to learn and apply new software

QUALIFICATIONS
Successful candidates will have:
• Three (3) plus years of accounting experience

• Familiarity with GAAP and/or special-purpose frameworks of accounting

• Solid knowledge in QuickBooks. Special consideration given to QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite products

• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
