Position Overview

MC Nutraceuticals is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeping Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial services, with specific knowledge in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central. As a Full Charge Bookkeeping Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and processing accounts receivable and payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness along with all basic Bookkeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, including daily processing of invoices, payments, and adjustments.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across various business entities.
• Maintain and verify payment confirmations, ensuring all transactions align with open sales orders.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, verifying accuracy in bills, payments, and adjustments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address and resolve any billing discrepancies or customer inquiries.
• Compile accounts payable data across entities and support shipping documentation.
• Generate monthly accounts receivable status reports, including aging reports.
• Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOX regulations.
• Provide support during financial audits.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central and QuickBooks Online.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to handle complex accounting processes for multiple entities.
• High attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SOX regulations and comfort working in an environment with potent product formulations.
