Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping for the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets

-Prepare and submit monthly draws for all projects 
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop financial strategies and provide financial insights for decision-making
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in bookkeeping/accounting

-Job cost accounting in construction industry a plus!
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in QuickBooks & MS Office Suite a must!
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $55,080.00 - $68,080.00 per year
