Full Life Care - Administrative Assistant II (Homecare)

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant II to join our team! This role serves an important role in supporting our director and management with a variety of tasks, and providing excellent customer service to our internal and external clients. Our Administrative Assistants: 

• Answer and direct calls and emails from our internal and external partners. 
  


• Welcomes visitors and assists all guests and colleagues by answering questions, referring questions and concerns to the appropriate team members, and providing other assistance as requested;


• Maintains client information by organizing virtual and physical filing systems. Inputs, updates, and processes database information while preparing reports as needed; Ensures client files are created and terminated properly;
  


• Assists the Home Care program with communicating, mailing, and messaging Home Care workers;


• Performs other duties as assigned. 

What you need to succeed: 

• Associate degree in a general study or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience in home care (2 years or more).  


• MS Office and other software experience. 

Physical Requirements Include: 

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs, and work quickly in a fast-paced work environment. 


• Must be able to operate office equipment including but not limited to computer keyboard, multi-line phone system, fax and copy machines.
