Our Home Care Aides: 

• Engage clients in their own homes by assisting with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing), shopping, housework, and other tasks.


• Encourage clients to be as independent as possible in self-care.


• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor according to policy.


• Participate in and complete training and certification programs.

What you need to succeed:

• Must be at least 18 years or older
  


• High School diploma or GED is highly preferred but not required.


• Motivation and desire to serve adults with disabilities and/or chronic health conditions


• The ability to work with clients of any gender is preferred, not required


• Reliable transportation to and from client's home, personal vehicle is preferred, not required
