Full Life Care - Program Assistant (Everett)

*Note: This is a temporary role, expected to last 3-6 months. It may have the opportunity of becoming permanent.

We are excited to be hiring for a Program Assistant to join our team, and help provide personal care, as well as facilitate therapeutic group activities for our clients.

Our Program Assistants: 

• Determine clients’ situation and needs by establishing rapport with clients; collaborating with client, caregiver and team members to establish service goals and plans.


• Maintain continuity of care by communicating changes in client condition to team members.


• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, addressing potential safety and health hazards, and follow emergency policy and procedures.


• Promote client independence, education and recreation by developing and facilitating activities according to clients’ abilities and interests, encouraging interaction and participation.


• Develops a safe, therapeutic group environment by establishing and keeping group rules.


• Monitor and encourage appropriate participation; intervening as necessary.


• Assist with kitchen duties including; preparation of meals, dishwashing, and serving food to clients.


• Perform other activities as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.


• One or more years of experience working in a health or social services setting preferred.


• Must complete the HIV/AIDS information course.


• Employees are required to receive an annual influenza vaccine unless granted a medical or religious exemption.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and support clients’ mobility.
