- 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Weekends Available by Provider Request Only


FULL-TIME COMPENSATION: 
- $220,000 to $250,000 Base Salary, dependent upon experience

COMPANY PROFILE: 
This physician-owned private practice is a multidisciplinary health center with more than 25 years of experience providing care for patients throughout northern California.  Their services include internal medicine, occupational health, interventional pain management, and PM&R.  They treat a wide array of musculoskeletal conditions and work-related injuries - including acute, sub-acute, and chronic medical conditions - with the aim of improving functionality and well-being.  They currently operate 6 clinics with a staff of 10 physicians, 7 nurse practitioners and physician assistants, 4 chiropractors, and more physical therapists, counselors, support staff, etc.  They are currently hiring due to growth in multiple locations.


POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
The work of the new physician will focus on occupational-related injuries, serving a patient population primarily consisting of working-age adults.  Providers collaborate closely as a multidisciplinary healthcare team, crafting comprehensive treatment plans for patients.

Providers see an average of 15 to 20 patients per day with the support of dedicated clinical assistants.

New patient visits are scheduled for 40 minutes and follow-ups for 20 minutes.

Physicians work on teams with APPs, and the APPs typically focus on follow-up visits and minor procedures.

The practice uses the PrognoCIS EHR.


There are no evening, weekend, or on-call responsibilities.

This practice works with a majority of worker’s compensation cases.


REQUIREMENTS:
- California medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification or Eligibility, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- no experience required
