Full Stack Developer

• Build features end-to-end across React/Next.js and Django/Python


• Design and implement backend APIs, database models, and integrations


• Deploy and operate services in AWS and Kubernetes


• Work directly with government and industry users to understand problems


• Ship fast, iterate quickly, and help define product direction


• Contribute to engineering standards, culture, and early team processes

• Located in Boston, MA (or willing to relocate) for onsite work


• Eligible and willing to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance


• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience


• Hands-on experience building and shipping full-stack features


• Strong fluency in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)


• Strong fluency in at least one backend language/framework (Python, Node.js, Go, Ruby, etc.)


• Comfort with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)


• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work across the stack


• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
