Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Full-stack Engineer who will join a project about building a B2B insurance automation platform for one of the world’s leading reinsurance brokers. The platform automates the processing of specific reinsurance policies with no human intervention. These are high-volume contracts that represent a significant revenue stream for the client. The system enables complete client self-service, while the broker orchestrates insurance carrier APIs to quote, underwrite, and issue policies dynamically.

• Develop and maintain scalable, performant full-stack features
• Integrate with third-party APIs of insurance carriers
• Collaborate with the team on architecture, design, and implementation
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
• Ensure quality and security in all deliverables

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with Node.js and React
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
• Experience with MongoDB and data modeling for distributed systems
• Familiarity with containerized environments (experience with Rancher is a plus)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services or other cloud platforms
• Experience in agile teams and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and fluency in English
