If you're an experienced Full Stack Lead/Architect with expertise in the backend (Rust, Golang, or Java) and React, we would love to connect with you!
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead technical initiatives and build solutions that will redefine our user experiences while overseeing the system architecture.

Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop robust server-side solutions using Rust


  • Enhance and optimize existing backend systems


  • Develop internal web tools for other teams


  • Architect scalable, high-performance solutions focused on user experience


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and integrated systems


  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply best development practices


Requirements:



  • 7+ years of commercial experience in Backend development

  • 5+ years of experience with Rust/Golang/Java

  • 3+ years of experience working with web technologies (we work with React)

  • Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)

  • Proficiency in database design, query optimization, and understanding of transactional mechanisms

  • Experience in implementing security measures: OAuth, JWT, HTTPS, and data encryption

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms – AWS is a must; GCP is a plus

  • Understanding of DevOps practices (Kubernetes will be a plus)

  • Experience building architecture from scratch with attention to cost-efficiency, performance, and high-load optimization

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and team collaboration

  • Driven by business goals, with a strong focus on delivering practical, problem-solving solutions

  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills (B2+ level)





Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in high-load systems

  • Experience managing a small team (3-4 developers)
