Full Stack .NET Developer

Job Description - Full Stack .NET Developer

Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI-First Team | Hybrid, Grand Rapids Area

We're partnering with a long-established West Michigan digital agency that builds enterprise websites, content platforms, and online stores for national brands. Over the past year their engineering group has fully adopted AI coding agents as the core of how software gets built, and they're adding a senior engineer to that team.

Location: Hybrid in Grand Rapids, MI

Salary: $120K-$140K DOE!

What the work looks like:

You'll lead client builds from first conversation through launch. Day to day, that means breaking loosely defined requests into clear plans, steering tools like Claude Code and Cursor through the implementation, running several streams of work at once, and applying an experienced eye to everything that gets generated before it reaches production. You'll make architecture calls, talk tradeoffs with clients, and help shape how the wider team works with AI.

What you bring:

  • Roughly seven or more years building production web applications.
  • Deep C# and .NET experience, paired with React, Next.js, or TypeScript on the front end.
  • Real, hands-on use of AI coding agents on shipped work, with stories about where they went wrong.
  • Cloud hosting and automated deployment pipeline experience.
  • Comfort working directly with clients.

Nice to have:

  • Content management platform experience.
  • Agency, consulting, or product/SaaS background.
  • You've built tools that make other developers faster.
  • You've led a major migration.
