At least 2 years of custodial experience is required.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Reliant Cleaning Lead, you’ll be working alongside a team of custodians to ensure a quality focused environment. While delivering continuous improvement, your goal will be to exceed customer expectations and influence your staff to be safety conscious and productive!

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facility inspections to ensure continual customer satisfaction.


• Meeting training expectations for on-boarding team members.


• Improvement ideas for staffing, productivity, and operations.


• Assisting in coverage when there are call-ins.


• Anticipating initiative and prompt problem solving.


• Assisting at different locations when needed.
