Full Time AM Team Member

A Full Time AM Team Member is someone who can be scheduled at least 35 hours per week each week between the hours of 6am-4pm and is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. They have at least 1-2 years of prior experience in a Leadership role with a passion for developing others and achieving results through teamwork. Our Team Members are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and being accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. Full time Team Members starting wage is $18/hour.

Full Time Team Member Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open the restaurant, lead shifts, actively working on leadership growth
• Cross Trained in Front and Back of House roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
