Picasso Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly, dependable Full-Time Barista & Cashier to join our team in Flint. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, fast-paced environment where quality coffee and exceptional customer service go hand-in-hand.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (no nights or weekends!)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages


• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions


• Assist with light food preparation and restocking supplies


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace


• Provide friendly, professional service to every guest

Requirements:

• Previous barista or cashier experience a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy


• Dependable and punctual
