Full Time Bilingual Resident Services Receptionist

Are you outgoing, organized, bilingual, and passionate about customer service? Franklin Park at Greenbelt Station is seeking a Resident Services Receptionist to join our fast-paced apartment community team in Greenbelt, Maryland.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming experience for residents and visitors in a professional property management environment.

As the first point of contact for our community, the Resident Services Receptionist plays an important role in supporting residents, assisting with administrative operations, and helping create a positive living experience for our residents.

What You'll Do

• Welcome residents and guests with professionalism and warmth


• Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized, inviting reception area


• Assist residents with questions related to leases, maintenance requests, move-outs, transfer requests, and resident services


• Complete administrative tasks including:
  
  
  
  • Resident verifications
  
  
  • Notice to vacate processing
  
  
  • Move-out follow-up communication
  
  
  • Transfer applications and lease paperwork review
  
  
  • Data entry and file management
  
  
  
  


• Coordinate communication between residents and office team members


• Assist with resident events and community engagement activities


• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and attention to detail in all documentation


• Support a busy leasing and resident services office with excellent customer service and organization

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Comfortable working in a busy office environment with frequent resident interaction


• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively


• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented


• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office


• Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, hospitality, retail, leasing, or front desk experience is a plus


• Weekend availability required
