About Us:
Options for Senior America – A Kinder Alternative for Senior Adults is dedicated to providing compassionate, reliable, and professional care to seniors in need. We are expanding our team and currently seeking a Filipino Caregiver who has a genuine heart for helping others and the patience to provide excellent care.

Requirements:

Must have a Social Security Number (SSN) or valid Work Permit and authorization to work in the U.S.

Updated TB Test (or willingness to provide soon).

Caregiving certifications such as CNA/GNA, CMT, HHA, PCA, or CPR/First Aid AED.

Driver’s License (preferred, but not required).

Previous caregiving experience is highly desirable.

Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion toward clients.

Reliability and dependability are essential.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting clients with activities of daily living (personal care, grooming, meal preparation, etc.).

Providing companionship and emotional support.

Supporting mobility and safe transfers.

Medication reminders (if certified).

Light housekeeping related to client care.
