Full Time Caregiver – Natick, MA 

A family in Natick, MA 01760 is seeking experienced and compassionate caregivers for their aging loved one who needs 24/7 care, starting as soon as possible. Shifts are split into weekday day/night shifts and weekend day/night shifts.

Schedule:

• Weekday Dayshift




• Monday-Friday 9am-10pm




• Weekday Nightshift




• Monday-Friday 10pm-9am (A flat rate of $25/hour will be offered for this shift)




•  Weekend Dayshift




• Saturday-Sunday 9am-10pm




• Weekend Nightshift




• Saturday-Sunday 10pm-9am

Family Specifications:

• Family is open to hiring a weekend caregiver that is able to work 24 hour shift instead of two 12 hours


• This family is prepared to hire 2-3 caregivers per shift needed to cover 7 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Mobility/transferring to bed and chair


• Meal preparation


• Personal care


• Basic household tasks


• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment


• Medication reminders

Requirements:

• Previous Caregiving experience


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


• CPR and First Aid certified


• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role

Preferred:

• Previous experience caring for those with limited mobility and/or bed bound

Compensation:

• $25–$30 per hour  (commensurate with experience)
