Job Description

Thomas Nissan is seeking a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Automotive Cashier.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  
  


• 
  

  Process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and checks.

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately handle transactions and balance the cash drawer.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist service department customers with payments and paperwork.

  
  


• 
  

  Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and receipts.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with filing, scanning, and general office duties as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with service advisors, management, and other dealership personnel.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer skills.
