Requirements
â Current certification as a CRNA by the National
Board on Certification and Re -certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
â Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA
licenses in Hawaii
â Minimum of 0 -1 years of experience as a
CRNA preferred; new graduates considered
â Proficiency in high -acuity cases including trauma, neuro, vascular, thoracic, and general surgery
â Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver
anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
â Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills
â BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

â Salary & Incentives: $245,000 annual salary + $20,000 sign -on bonus + annual salary increases (up to a maximum) + hourly shift differentials

â Retirement: 401(k) eligibility after 1 year of service; employer contributes 3% annually; additional profit -sharing potential; fully vested after 6 years
â Disability Coverage: Employer -paid group disability (60% of covered earnings up to $10,000/month)
â PTO: Year 1 – 5 weeks; Year 3 – 6 weeks; Year 7 – 7 weeks (carry over up to 5 days/year) + paid holidays
