Job Summary:
A strong, independent CRNA will thrive in this quality‑of‑life role, practicing within a collaborative 3‑CRNA group where most OR days finish by lunchtime unless on call. The case mix includes Bread & Butter, OB, and Endoscopy, with call shared evenly among the team and flexible W2 or 1099 employment options. The position offers 5 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CME, and a full benefits package including retirement, health, dental, and vision. Requirements
â Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board
on Certification and Re -certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
â Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas
â Minimum of 1 -3 years of experience as a CRNA
preferred; new grads considered.
â Proficiency in pediatric and OB anesthesia, including spinals and epidurals, as well as general anesthesia and endoscopy cases.
â Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver
anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
â BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
