● Job Title: Full -Time CRNA  

● Employment Status: 1099

● Location: Hot Springs, AR

● Salary: $255,000 for 1099

● Shifts: FT - Daily schedule TBD

● Call: No call - this position is part of the non -call team

● Case Types: Diverse case mix with nearly all specialties being represented besides transplants. Approximately 85 OB deliveries per month

● Special Requirements: Must be comfortable performing solo epidurals and spinals for OB. Facility will train!

● EMR: TBD

● Staffing Grid: Daily 12:2 CRNA to MD ratio, full team is 18:4

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a motivated CRNA to join a growing team in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This role is part of the non -call team, ideal for CRNAs looking to maintain a high level of clinical skill while enjoying excellent work -life balance. ● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re -Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).

● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas.
(Currently, or willing to obtain)

● Minimum of 0 -1 years of
experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in various case types.

● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia
management for diverse patient populations.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver
optimal patient care. 

● Must be comfortable performing solo epidurals and spinals for OB, but training is offered by the facility. 

● Malpractice and  Tail Insurance Coverage
