Job Description - Full Time Customer Service Representative

Essential Functions:
Answer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries
Research required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customer with product and service information
Complete call logs
Sell additional products by recognizing opportunities to upsell accounts; explaining latest items or featured products.
Competencies, Education, and Skills:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 3 years successful related sales experience with an understanding and knowledge of produce food service or retail related products (as assigned).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening skills
Influencing and negotiation skills
Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office and common E-Mail systems
Data Entry
Schedule:

Monday - Friday (7:30am - 3:30pm)
Work every other Saturday (8:00am - 11:30am)
Physical Demands:
Work in cold and wet cooler conditions for short periods of time
Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Stand or sit for long periods of time
