As a Daycare Specialist, you’ll be right at the heart of it all. Keeping tails wagging, building bonds with pups and their people, and helping our team create a safe, joyful space where dogs can truly thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading small play groups (10–15 dogs) in safe, fun, and enriching activities.


• Caring for pups with patience, compassion, and a watchful eye.


• Maintaining clean and organized play areas, because a tidy space keeps everyone happy.


• Sharing genuine updates with pet parents about their dog’s day.


• Supporting your teammates and jumping in wherever you’re needed.

• You’re physically ready- lifting up to 50 lbs, staying active, and working in all kinds of weather.


• You’re patient and kind- especially with pups who have their own unique quirks.

Experience & Requirements

• Professional experience with dogs preferred but not required (we'll train the right person!)
  


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for most of the shift


• Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels


• Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures


• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance 

Schedule

• Daycare hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.


• Team shifts are scheduled between 6:15 AM to 7:00 PM. 


• Must be available for opening and closing shifts. 


• Holiday schedule follows facility closures.

Perks & Pay

• Starting at $16 per hour
  


• Paid training including dog behavior, group management, and safety protocols


• CPR/First Aid certification required within 90 days (company supported)
