About You:

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program
• Active Colorado Dental License or ability to obtain prior to starting.
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Willing to obtain a Real ID Drivers License for base access
• Pass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.
