Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and healthcare providers.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and medication therapy management.
• Manage pharmacy operations during evening shifts, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, security, and hospital policies.
• Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and support staff effectively.
• Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage.
• Review and monitor patient profiles at every transaction, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
• Manage and resolve medication-related queries or issues from both patients and healthcare staff in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, monitor, review, and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of drugs and drug regimens, providing advice on drug applications and characteristics.

Shift:

• Second Shift:4:00pm - 12:00am

Qualifications:

• OH Pharmacist License
• Background in high-volume or compounding pharmacy is a plus
