• Team Member Responsibilities: $12 to $15 per hour based on performance and availability
• Shift Leader Responsibilities: $15 to $18 per hour based on performance and leadership responsibility

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Create genuine guest connections through eye contact, tone, and attentiveness
• Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service in a high-volume environment
• Work with urgency while maintaining attention to detail
• Support and encourage teammates to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members
• Stay focused and organized while multitasking
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all Chick-fil-A standards, procedures, and dress code
