What You’ll Do

As a Hospice CNA, you’ll be the heart of patient care, bringing clinical expertise and compassion directly into the home. You will:

• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
• Under the supervision of an RN, perform personal care needs including bathing, assist with dressing, change bed linens, prepare nutritious meals, assist with feeding patients, take vitals when ordered, etc.
• Educate and empower patients and caregivers with confidence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that shares your commitment to excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Current CNA license in the State of Arizona
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently and make a real difference
