Full Time Junior Accountant

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is outgoing, exceptionally organized, effective communicator and committed to accuracy, down to the penny. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong ability to manage financial data with precision.

• Support the Senior Accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports


• Perform account reconciliations and ensure all financial data is accurate and complete


• Process invoices and credit card receipts with attention to detail


• Ensure proper GL coding in accordance with GAAP standards


• Apply appropriate taxes and verify compliance with internal controls


• Confirm all purchases have proper approvals via Purchase Orders or direct manager authorization

EDUCATION

An associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent professional experience is required for this position.

Experience

Prior experience using QuickBooks and NetSuite is highly valued, though we welcome candidates eager to grow their skills in these platforms.
