Full Time - Key Holder

Boot Factory Outlet in Pigeon Forge is seeking a Key Holder to become a part of our team! If you are an ambitious self-starter with previous leadership experience and are looking for your first supervisory role, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

- Support the management team in daily store operations

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a great shopping experience

- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the store

- Maintain knowledge of all store operations and policies

- Help train and mentor new team members

- Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work a combination of opening/closing shifts and weekends

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude

- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

• Previous leadership role in retail or customer service, minimum of 1 year.

• Ability to wear western boots while working.
• A High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-60 pounds.
