Job Description: 

The Tobin Children’s School is seeking a caring, professional Lead Teacher to lead one of our two Preschool classrooms at the Tobin Children's School.  Full time positions are available at 40 hours per week position with 8 hour shifts between 7:15 am and 5:45. This educator would join a dedicated classroom teaching team to two other full time teachers and an afternoon assistant to support a classroom of up to 18 children per day. The teacher would lead this classroom team with child supervision, curriculum planning, assessment, parent communication, and ensuring adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols. At the Tobin Children's School, we offer 9 stand alone classrooms with two Preschool classrooms and two PreK classroms, housed in our refurbished Victorian with beautiful outside play spaces and an indoor gross motor room.

Requirements:

Successful applicants must have EEC PreschoolTeacher certification, and have early childhood teaching experience. A degree in early childhood or related field is highly valued. Knowledge of a second language is highly valued.

Compensation: 

Competitive hourly rate based on education and experience. Pay range: $21.00-$27.00 per hour.
