Full Time LPN/RN

Regency Care of Silver Spring is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time LPN/RN to join our healthcare team in Silver Spring, MD. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.


• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.


• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.


• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion.


• Educate patients and their families regarding health status, treatment plans, and care procedures.


• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Requirements

• Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of Maryland.


• Previous experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
